Sharline is first and foremost a mother. When asked what her greatest accomplishment is , she smiles and says it is being a mother to an exceptionally amazing daughter. Originally from Uganda, she has endured a lot of hardships but the victories she's won along the way and her faith in Jesus Christ are what keep her head held high. Almost becoming the Queen of  Buganda doesn't define her. She is passionate, and truly a woman of substance. She researched for Chicago, New York, Texas & Boston Software News. At the Barbizon School of Modeling, she taught her students to function in the modeling, beauty and television industries, while executing lesson plans to demonstrate industry requirements and rationale. She is a born-again Christian and a partner at International Family Church in North Reading, MA. Her articles have been featured In Touching Lives Magazine, published by IFC and New Vision, Uganda’s leading Newspaper. She is passionate about people and mostly children because she believes that they really are our future and it’s our responsibility to make sure they fly higher than we’ve flown. As director of the pre-school division at IFC and Sunday school teacher for many years, she modeled greatness in the form of service.  She is currently pursuing a career in journalism and volunteers as a reporter and anchor at a local cable station. Another one of her dreams is turning her block into a community by reaching out to her neighbors and making a difference in their lives.  She also serves as a chairperson of the campaign to elect Abed Bwanika as the first democratically elected President of Uganda because she believes that it’s time for democracy to rule in Africa. She wears many hats but the ones she is most proud of are those of: Mother, Daughter, Sister and friend. Connecting with people is what fuels her to be a blogger and as she finishes a book, she remains inspired to make a difference.
